What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, preferred language, trip details (addresses, dates, times and number of passengers) and any notes you provide.

When you sign our terms we record your typed signature, the time, and the network address and browser used, as a record of the agreement.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and bank account credentials are entered on Stripe's secure page and are never sent to or stored by us. We keep a record of amounts, dates, payment status and Stripe's transaction references.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, operate your trip (your chauffeur sees your name, phone number, itinerary and trip notes — never payment details), send you emails about your quote and reservation in the language you chose, and keep business and tax records.

Addresses you type are looked up with Google Maps Platform to calculate driving routes. Emails are delivered by our email provider. We do not sell your information.

Retention and deletion

We keep reservation, payment and signature records for as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your personal details; we will remove them from our systems except where we are required to keep a record.
