What areas do you serve?
We are based in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. We also serve many nearby counties, including Columbia, Rensselaer and Albany counties in New York, Litchfield County in Connecticut, Bennington County in Vermont, and Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin counties in Massachusetts, and we drive across the Northeast, including New York City, Boston, Albany, Providence, Hartford, Springfield, Manchester and Worcester.
Do you offer hourly service?
Yes. Hourly rates are available for weddings, proms, corporate events, business meetings and any time you need a vehicle for an extended period.
Who are your drivers?
Our drivers are well-trained, licensed and insured professionals, and most are former law-enforcement officers.
Do you offer service in Spanish?
Yes. Se habla español: we offer service in both English and Spanish.
Can you provide drinks or food?
Yes. On request, we offer beverages, from water and soda to champagne and wine, as well as a light menu of snacks. Ask us for details when you request your quote.
How does booking work?
Enter your trip in our online estimator to see a preliminary estimate. Once you submit it, our team reviews the details and sends you a final quote by email. You can then accept the quote, sign the terms and pay securely online to confirm your reservation.
Is the online estimate my final price?
No. The estimate is a starting point based on the route and the details you enter. Your reservation is confirmed only after our team sends a final quote, you accept it, sign the terms and complete payment.

Where are you located?
Our office is at 555 East Street, Suite 2, Pittsfield, MA 01201, in the heart of Berkshire County.
Do you serve Lenox, Great Barrington, Williamstown and the rest of the Berkshires?
Yes. We pick up anywhere in Berkshire County, including Pittsfield, Lenox, Lee, Stockbridge, Great Barrington, Williamstown, North Adams and Dalton. We also pick up in many nearby counties in New York, Connecticut, Vermont and Massachusetts, and drive to destinations across the Northeast.
Which airports do you drive to?
Albany International (ALB, about 1 hour from Pittsfield), Bradley International (BDL, about 1 hour 20 minutes), Boston Logan (BOS, about 2 hours 30 minutes), and JFK, LaGuardia and Newark (about 3 to 3½ hours), plus regional and private airfields. Those are just the most common: we drive to any airport, so ask about yours.
What vehicles do you have?
Two Cadillac Escalade ESV Sport SUVs (up to 6 passengers each, or 12 when you book both), a 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter limo bus (up to 12) with lounge seating, a lit bar and a TV, and a 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van (up to 14).
